Your phone is your passport.
No app, no sign-up sheet. Scan, answer a few quick questions for the seller, and move on to the next house.
Scan the code at the door.
Every home has a QR code on the front door. Point your phone's camera at it and your Deercroft Passport opens. The first scan takes your name, brokerage and email; after that it remembers you.
Share your take with the seller.
Price, condition, would you show it, what stood out, any concerns. A few taps, under a minute. Your feedback goes straight to the listing agent and the sellers.
Check in at all five. Get entered.
Each check-in stamps your passport. Tour every home, in any order, and you're entered in the $1,000 drawing. Each code only works at its own front door, so every stamp means a visit.
