Where the listings come from

The listing information on this site comes from the New River Valley Association of REALTORS® and Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Services through Internet Data Exchange (IDX). Listings are displayed with the permission of the listing brokerages that participate in IDX. Not every property for sale appears: sellers and their brokerages can choose not to display a listing online, and the MLS may not include properties sold without a listing.

Listing information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings are courtesy of the listing brokerage shown with each property.

Information is provided by the MLS and the listing brokerages and has not been verified by this site. Square footage, acreage, year built, schools, taxes, association fees and other details are approximate and are reported by the listing brokerage or public records. Buyers should verify all information and consult their own professionals. Assigned schools must be confirmed with Montgomery County Public Schools.

Listing attribution

Every listing shows the brokerage that listed it ("Courtesy of" on listing cards, and "Listed by" the agent and brokerage on each listing page). The brokerage that listed a home is not necessarily the brokerage you work with, and a listing's appearance here does not mean this site represents the seller.

How often it updates

This site checks the MLS for changes every 10 minutes. The time of the last update appears in the footer of every page. Changes reach the site only after they are entered in the MLS, so a home may be under contract or sold before the listing shows it.

Sold information

Sold prices and dates come from MLS records of closed sales. Individual sold listings are shown for sales within the last 60 months; older sales are used only in market statistics. Market statistics are calculated by this site from MLS data and are not provided or guaranteed by the MLS.

Corrections and removal requests

If a listing is wrong, or you are a seller or a listing brokerage and want a listing or photo removed, use the contact form and choose "A correction or a listing removal request." Include the listing address or link and what needs to change. Listing details are controlled by the listing brokerage in the MLS, so we will also point you to the right person to correct the source.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the same form with: a description of the work, the page where it appears, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your name as a signature. We will review it and remove material that infringes.
