What we collect

When you send a message, request a tour, ask for a home valuation or sign up for listing alerts, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number and message, plus details you choose to add, such as a property address, the kind of home you want, or your timeline. We also record which page the form was on and the time you sent it.

You can browse every page on this site without telling us who you are.

How we use it

Your request goes to a local real estate professional, who uses it only to respond to your inquiry: to answer your question, arrange a tour or prepare a valuation. If you sign up for listing alerts, your email is used only to send the updates you asked for. We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not add you to any other mailing list. Every alert email includes a way to change or stop it.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it for marketing. We share it only as needed to answer your request, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technology

Services that load content

• Listing photos load from the shared listing service's photo servers.
• Maps load map software and map tiles from open map services when you scroll to a map.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your request as long as needed to help you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
