A bank with a drive-through was allowed on this lot in 2023 (RZN 22-0003 and CUP 22-0006) on condition that the owner return with a specific use and site layout; this permit (CUP-26-1) sets them. Council also considered exceptions to the cross-access drive requirement and the entrance spacing on Plantation Road. The Planning Commission recommended approval 6-0 on August 4, 2026 (the Town case page lists 5-0; the Commission minutes record 6-0).
