A planned neighborhood of 176 units on about 45 acres at 1006 Glade Road, beside The Village at Tom's Creek. Town Council rezoned the land from Rural Residential to Planned Residential in May 2023, and a 176-lot preliminary subdivision plat went to the Planning Commission in 2024.

The rezoning (RZN 22-0004, Ordinance 2007) was approved in May 2023 after the Planning Commission voted 5-2 against recommending it. The preliminary plat (PLAT-23-20) for Glade Spring Crossing, LLC requested variances for bikeway landing grades on the emergency access connection from Glade Spring Drive and Village Way South and for a retaining wall in utility easements on lots 169 to 175. No construction or sales information was found in public sources as of October 2026.
