The details.

The rezoning (RZN-25-8) changed the land from RM-48 Medium Density Multiunit Residential to Planned Residential. The existing single-family house at 1709 Whipple Drive is to be removed; the two apartment buildings (96 bedrooms) stay, for 124 bedrooms in total. The plan includes an 8-foot asphalt multi-use trail along the southern property line. The Planning Commission recommended approval 7-0 on October 7, 2025.
