Legacy on Main

Community Housing Partners, a nonprofit, is building Legacy on Main, 56 affordable two- and three-bedroom rental apartments at 100 Country Club Drive SE, at the corner of Country Club Drive and South Main Street. The apartments are for households earning roughly 30 to 80 percent of area median income. The state awarded $800,000 in Affordable and Special Needs Housing loans in 2024; CHP's site says the lottery leasing period has closed and the property is an active construction site.
