Three new lots on Treetop Ridge Road (701 Bishop Road)
Town Council removed about 4.7 acres at 701 Bishop Road from the Agricultural and Forestal District so three new lots of about 1.5 acres each can be created along Treetop Ridge Road for single-family homes. Council approved the withdrawal 7-0 on December 9, 2025.

The details.
Of the 4.672 acres, 3.18 are inside town limits. The remaining roughly 33-acre parcel keeps the existing home on Bishop Road. A companion minor subdivision (PLAT-24-12) was under staff review. Any roll-back taxes are calculated by the Town under state law. The Planning Commission recommended approval 7-0 on October 7, 2025.
