The project

The details.

The Division of Facilities describes 87,500 square feet of ADA-compliant pathways; a November 2025 board meeting summary describes nearly 88,000 square feet connecting East Eggleston Hall, the Peddrew-Yates Quad and Quillen Spirit Plaza; the June 2026 construction notice describes 2,800 linear feet of new pathways. The project carries out the 2018 campus master plan's Infinite Loops and Green Links concepts. The Division of Facilities lists SRC as contractor and Hill Studio as designer. North-south ADA routes are to stay open through the work zone, with brief closures for construction vehicles, and the work is phased.
